This website was set up for you to easily view the ideas we have and to order samples if they are required, if you wish to change colours, ribbons, embellishments etc on the sample just add a comment to the order to let us know exactly what you want to do. If you have your own ideas and wish us to bring those into reality for you just drop us an email and we will be happy to help.

We can change the colours of card, ribbon, change the embellishments, pretty much change anything to get the invite that suits you, that’s the beauty of handcrafted so don’t be afraid to ask, we love it when you do.

How many invites do you need?

(remember you only need one per household not one per person)

Do you want individual names printed in the invite, do you want to write them yourselves or do you not need guests names at all?

(printing the names in each invite individually does hold a surcharge)

When do you need your invitations by?

( if you need them quickly please make sure you find out if we can help first)

Where do you want your completed order sent?

(all deliveries are during working week during the working day and need to be signed for, we are always happy to send to a work address or relative)

It is best to email this information over, we have a hard copy to work by then. Once we have all this information we create your invite and send you digital images of your final design along with a digital proof for you to check through and know we have everything in hand for you.

Once this is signed and the non refundable deposit paid we are ready to make your whole order and work will begin. The process can vary depending on which designs are chosen but you will be given a completion date early in the process so you know what is expected. Then we pack your order up safe and secure and send it out either signed for or with a courier service.

We store all your information on a password protected hard drive within our craft room, no one except our staff can access this computer. No information is stored online. Once we have made your final order, we hold onto your information up until your wedding day in case you require further invites or accessories, this includes the templates, written proofs and sample information, after this date all your details are deleted.
